Condolence: Dear John and Marge and Family, Please accept our most sincere condolences on the death of your mother. She will always be in our memory as a loving, friendly and thoughtful lady! She was the Girl Scout Leader for our oldest daughter, Cathy, and Cathy loved her very much. May God surround you with his loving arms and ease your sorrow. Maxine will be missed by many! Condolence From: Edward P. Eich and George J. Eich Families
Condolence: Aunt Maxine was a favorite aunt of ours. She was able to make us laugh and always made us feel like a part of her family too. We always enjoyed and will remember many vacation visits during our youth. She many times inspired us and would freely share her wisdom. We will always remember her in our thoughts and prayers.

Condolence: My memories of Mrs. Eich are many -- mother of my school friend Marge (slumber parties, car pools, St. Mary's volunteer), Girl Scout Leader for many years and so much more. Her wisecracks were many, her love of life and her family was abundant and her energy was limitless. I've been gone from Marshalltown for over 30 years but two years ago at Thanksgiving I was home visiting family and Mrs. Eich stopped by our celebration just to see me after all of these years. And she hadn't changed a bit! My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

Condolence: I was sorry to hear about Maxine. I only knew her through her work as a patient advocate at Grandview where both my parents were clients. She always had a smile and stopped to visit with everyone. She will be missed.
