Condolence: I had the privilege of being Mabel's Sunday school teacher for the past 12 years. Because I transitioned from business into the ministry, all my SS lessons are done with Powerpoint. Being the English teacher that she was, Mabel would often correct my grammar or spelling on the slides. She was faithfully in her place each week. Also, whenever I would visit her either at the Embers or later at Glenwood Place, she would share a gem she had gleaned from her Bible that morning. What a blessing to have known Mabel.

Condolence: I am sorry I will be unable to attend the services for Mabel. What a joy it was to come to know her these past few weeks. She clearly loved the Lord and it was a real privilege to have her in our services while she lived here in Boone.

Condolence: Sorry to hear of your mother's passing Jo. What a wonderful life she must
have had and all the changes she witnessed. We know you will cherish the
wonderful memories you and your family have for years to come. We will keep
you in our thoughts and prayers.
