Raymond L. Foster, 59, of Marshalltown, IA passed away Tuesday May 25, 2010, at the Marshalltown Medical and Surgical Center. Memorial Services will be 10:30 a.m., Saturday May 29, 2010 at the First Church of the Nazarene in Marshalltown. Visitation will be from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.,Friday, May 28, 2010 at Pursel Davis Funeral Home in Marshalltown. A memorial has been established in his name. Raymond was born March 10, 1951 in Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from Marshalltown High School. He married Tamela J. Proffitt on May 13, 1991, in Marshalltown. He was formerly employed with the D.O.T. as an inspector. He was an avid Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan.

Raymond will be missed by his wife; Tamela, daughter; Melinda (Brian) Welbes of Cedar Rapids, IA, son; Jonathon, at home, grandsons; Michael and Damien, brother; Mark (Denise) Foster of Valparaiso, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter, Melissa, and a brother, John
