Condolence: Steve and Zolene are together again two of God's wonderful people. I remember smiles a welcoming spirit of cordiality to all. I enjoyed dropping in for a great cup of coffee and sharing our love for music with her and Steve.

Condolence: It is with sadness that I hear of Mrs. Melvin's passing. She was an excellent piano teacher. I can still see her home, the position of the piano, and hear the scratch of her sharpened pencil against the music book. At two dollars a lesson, I gained much more than the knowledge of how to play the piano but also learned an amazing appreciation for music... Our thoughts and prayers are with you.

Zolene was truely an inspiration to me as I was growing up and gaining a love of music as well! She inspired and encouraged me in many aspects of my life. I will never forget her kindness, compassion and talent!

Condolence: Zolene was the nicest lady I have ever met and it was of places years ago at Hardees she was dining and we started chatting and when she told me who she was I told her her husband taught me chorus and I loved him as a teacher we ended up talking for 2 hrs .She was a soft spoken gentle type lady and I'm sure will be greatly missed .

Condolence: Iwas so sorry to read of the loss of Zolene. I met her at Elim Luthern Church as I've been working at Elim Childrens Center for many years. I always thought her a very kind and beautiful lady! I'm so sorry for your loss.
