Marilyn Jean Esmeyer, 66, of Marshalltown, IA passed away, Wednesday, November 23, 2011, at Grandview Nursing and Rehab Center, in Marshalltown. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, November 28, 2011, at Pursel Davis Funeral and Cremation Care, in Marshalltown. Marilyn was born November 30, 1944 to Earl and Ilene (Phillips) Lewis, in Centerville, IA. She graduated from Marshalltown High School. Marilyn was united in marriage to Keith Esmeyer on February 4, 1966, in Marshalltown. He died in 2003. She was a homemaker

Marilyn will be missed by her son, Ben Esmeyer, of Marshalltown, one brother, Bill Lewis, of Glenwood, IA, four sisters, Ila Taft, of VanMeter, IA, Betty Stevens, of Marshalltown, Carilyn Stansberry, of Garwin, and Jessie White, of Van Cleve, IA She was preceded in death by her husband, Keith, a son, Keith Edward Esmeyer, a daughter, Tina Marie Esmeyer, her parents, and a sister, Linda Lewis.
