I had the distinct pleasure of getting to know Vera and Ted over many years in my practice. They both embodied what is best about true Christians and their specific beliefs as Quakers. She was unfailingly kind, thoughtful and gentle in her approach to others, and lived the word every day. It was an honor to know her, and while I am sad to see she is gone from this world, she has earned her place in heaven.
